💼 About This Role

You'll partner with recruiters to source top talent across GTM and engineering roles for a high-growth Series A SaaS company. Your core impact is building qualified pipelines through creative outbound sourcing and crafting personalized outreach. You'll work onsite in New York on a 6-month contract with potential to convert.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Execute high-volume outbound sourcing for GTM and technical roles
• Craft personalized outreach sequences for different audiences
• Screen inbound applicants and sourced candidates at top of funnel
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track sourcing metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated sourcing/recruiting experience covering GTM and technical roles
• Strong command of GTM talent markets and org structures
• Sufficient technical literacy to source for software engineering roles
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and at least one ATS
