• Supervise mechanics in preventive maintenance and repairs
• Plan and prioritize work to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Conduct shift meetings and complete turnover reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Airframe and Powerplant license
• Minimum eight years A&P experience on similar aircraft
• Minimum six years management or supervisory experience
