Description

You will support the service team at a premium private club, maintaining cleanliness and flow in a fine dining setting. Your role ensures every table is reset quickly and guests feel cared for, contributing to a refined hospitality experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years serving experience in high-volume, service-driven restaurant
• Upscale or chef-driven concept experience preferred
• Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts including weekends
• Strong teamwork and hospitality-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Reset tables within 2 minutes of guest departure with correct spacing and items
• Clear tables within 1 minute after guests finish meals
• Crumb tables after main course and clean between courses
• Maintain clean, organized service station and stock supplies
• Assist with polishing glassware, flatware, and end-of-shift cleaning
