You'll provide hands-on therapeutic interventions in patients' homes, including gait training, therapeutic exercises, and pain management. You'll build core clinical skills under a PT Case Manager, supported by training, mentorship, and professional development. This entry-level role focuses on follow-up visits with strong leadership support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions like gait training and manual therapy.
• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments in the home environment.
• Document patient care accurately within 24-48 hours.
• Collaborate with PT Case Manager and interdisciplinary team.

📋 Requirements

• Current California PT License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid CA Driver's License with clean record.
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program.
