Description
You will lead customer renewals and expansion by identifying opportunities, negotiating multi-year contracts, and partnering with internal teams to drive revenue growth. You'll quarterback customer relationships within our Strategic Account base, building credibility and trust while maximizing contract value.
Requirements
- BA/BS or similar college-level education
- 5+ years selling or managing existing accounts in B2B Software
- Experience with G-Suite and SFDC or relevant CRM
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Travel required 30% of the time for conferences
Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
- Segment book of business to prioritize top opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales Development, and Solutions Engineering to execute win/win negotiation strategies
- Drive customer conversations around new products to hit expansion quotas
- Forecast expansion sales and renewals, providing regular status updates to management
