💼 About This Role

You'll launch Ceribell's rapid seizure detection EEG platform in new hospitals and drive organic growth within existing accounts. Your core impact is expanding use of this novel technology across acute care settings while building clinical advocacy through education and training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Expand use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within existing customer base
• Launch Ceribell at new customer sites alongside the local Territory Manager
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on proper clinical usage of products
• Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments as needed

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of critical care sales experience OR 5+ years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN with industry experience supporting sales teams
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to accurately assess and understand different stakeholder needs
• Coachable with innate desire to succeed and willingness to accept feedback

✨ Nice to Have

• Start-up experience or experience with disruptive technology
• Neuro ICU clinical experience
• Medical device sales experience
