Description

You will play a pivotal role in building banking integrations with third parties, using real-time data to identify gaps, implement process improvements, and lead fraud training. You'll own the roadmap from end to end, optimizing due diligence processes, managing regulatory requests, and driving platformization efforts for global investigation services.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in similar roles
• Fluent or native Spanish and English
• Proven track record designing and improving processes with third parties
• Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations and manage challenging stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels

Responsibilities

• Use real-time data to identify gaps and fine-tune processes for efficiency
• Design and build fraud investigation processes from scratch
• Own the roadmap end-to-end, evaluating priorities and ambiguous tradeoffs
• Optimize due diligence processes for efficiency and compliance
• Serve as central point of contact for managing regulatory requests
