You'll lead pre-construction activities for hyperscale data centres across APAC, from market entry to site commencement. Your work directly enables the region's digital future through innovative and sustainable infrastructure. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead pre-construction planning and due diligence for new builds and fit outs.
• Develop business cases and present project justifications to management.
• Engage and manage consultants, contractors, and procurement processes.
• Drive design optimization, value engineering, and risk management strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in design and construction management or relevant degree with 5+ years experience.
• Strong skills in design and construction management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Project and project scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings for all disciplines.

• Experience with data centre projects.
• Familiarity with local code and planning requirements in APAC regions.
