You'll design and optimize real-time rendering pipelines for next-generation user interfaces on consumer devices. Your work will own the end-to-end display and composition path including swapchains and HDR. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid model.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and evolve graphics runtimes and libraries for UI developers.
  • Design and optimize real-time rendering pipelines using Vulkan or OpenGL ES.
  • Own the display and composition path including swapchains and HDR.
  • Establish performance and quality bars through GPU/CPU profiling.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Deep experience shipping graphics systems on Linux, Android, or iOS.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and modern shading languages.
  • Experience with Vulkan, Metal, or OpenGL ES.
  • Familiarity with display pipelines and windowing compositors.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with text and 2D stacks (Skia, FreeType, CoreGraphics).
  • Familiarity with color management and HDR workflows.
  • Exposure to graphics driver or Mesa stack development.
