Description

You will guide customers through their DXP implementation journey, providing expert consulting on software enablement, installation, and architecture best practices. You'll collaborate to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions maximizing the value of Contentstack's CMS and Lytics CDP.

Requirements

• 8-12 years in Solution Architecture or similar technical consulting
• 3+ years hands-on experience with CDP platforms, preferably Lytics
• Hands-on expertise with API integrations and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong proficiency in CDP platforms (Lytics, Segment, Tealium, Adobe CDP)
• Excellent communication of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on Contentstack CDP enablement, configuration, optimization
• Lead discovery sessions to design tailored architecture solutions
• Design scalable, high-performance architectures for customer ecosystems
• Provide integration guidance with third-party systems (CRM, marketing automation, data lakes, etc.)
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides
