Description

You will perform routine cleaning of assigned areas using standard supplies and disinfectants to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities include sanitizing rooms upon resident discharge, cleaning apartments after moves or renovations, and handling setup and breakdown for events. You will also care for floors and carpets, remove trash, and maintain equipment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Ability to lift and transport objects up to 65 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Manual dexterity and coordination for equipment use
