You will operationalize and reinforce the product operating model at Celigo, facilitating alignment sessions, coordinating readiness checkpoints, and supporting prioritization rhythms to keep work progressing predictably from discovery through delivery. Requirements

• 5-10 years of program management experience in a SaaS product environment.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design, especially during ambiguity.
• Skilled stakeholder manager who can influence without authority and diplomatically surface gaps.
• Strong organizational discipline in tracking decisions, risks, dependencies, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize complexity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and operationalize alignment sessions across product lifecycle: discovery alignment, triad syncs, Epic readiness reviews, post-launch evaluations.
• Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and misalignments early, coordinating across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Provide visibility into initiative health across discovery, funded delivery, and post-launch impact.
• Support teams in consistently applying the defined lifecycle model, reinforcing clarity around expectations and sequencing.
• Build and interpret dashboards and reports reflecting system health, translating insights into actions.
