💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and related services to home health patients in their place of residence. Your core impact is helping patients maintain hygiene, mobility, and safety while documenting care under nurse supervision. This role offers meaningful one-on-one patient interaction in a faith-based senior care community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist patients with personal care including hygiene, mobility, and elimination
• Monitor fluid/nutrition intake, vital signs, and skin condition
• Document care provided and patient response in a timely manner
• Maintain safe environment and use equipment properly

📋 Requirements

• CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio driver's license and insured transportation
• Minimum 18 years of age

• Previous home health aide experience
• Completion of 75 hours of training per federal regulations
