You'll lead credit investment accounting for a real estate and infrastructure owner. You'll oversee financial reporting, complex transactions, and cash management while collaborating with fund accounting and portfolio oversight teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial reporting for credit investment structures.
• Account for complex transactions on new deals and dispositions.
• Manage month-end close, consolidation, and GAAP adjustments.
• Coordinate with valuations team on quarterly appraisals.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• 15 years of experience in Fund Accounting for Credit assets.
• Experience with ASC 970, ASC 310, ASC 320, ASC 326 technical accounting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi Investment Accounting or similar ERP.
• Knowledge of NCREIF and GIPS reporting standards.
