💼 About This Role

You'll drive technical closure of sales opportunities for Observe by Snowflake, the AI-powered observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You'll conduct deep technical discovery, deliver compelling demos, and lead Proof of Concepts to demonstrate value to prospects. This role blends deep technical knowledge with strong presentation skills in a high-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Design, scope, and manage Proof of Concepts
• Partner with Account Executives on technical sales strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect experience
• Deep understanding of Observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing)
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices)
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling to Developer, DevOps, or SRE personas
• Prior experience in a high-growth Observability or APM company
