Description

You will ensure timely and accurate insurance A/R resolution across a complex claims portfolio, driving follow-up, denials resolution, cash acceleration, and process improvements. You'll own key collections workflows, resolve claim issues, conduct special projects, and contribute to reporting, training, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years Revenue Cycle Management experience with medical claims and health plan/EAP rules
• Strong claims follow-up skills across denials, rejections, and underpayments
• Root-cause problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize competing work and communicate proactively
• Proficiency in Excel and data for reporting and reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Resolve insurance A/R follow-up on complex and high-risk accounts
• Own key collections workflows including recoupments and billing/coding audits
• Resolve claim issues via payer outreach, documentation review, and escalation
• Support weekly/monthly reporting, reconciliation, and KPI monitoring
• Identify and advance AI and automation opportunities in collections workflows
