Description

You will drive manufacturing excellence and product quality in an electro-mechanical production environment, working at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality. You'll own quality compliance, process engineering, continuous improvement, and supplier collaboration, while supporting New Product Introduction and field issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE, ME, IE, or related field
• 5-7+ years in electro-mechanical manufacturing
• Hands-on process troubleshooting and quality engineering experience
• Statistical analysis and root cause methodology proficiency
• Cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with engineering specs, standards, and quality documentation
• Lead DFM reviews and provide hands-on manufacturing floor support
• Drive yield improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and CAPA
• Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to improve quality
• Support NPI launches and define inspection criteria
