You'll support licensed colorists at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to deliver a seamless guest experience. You'll master consultations, shampooing, blowouts, and services while training to become a Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and styling services.
• Assist in finishing services and apply treatments per guest request.
• Contribute to sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state you're applying.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
