💼 About This Role

You'll lead social strategy for 4–6 clients in the web3 and crypto space, setting content direction and ensuring brand clarity across platforms. You'll collaborate with PR, Content, and Growth teams to deliver a unified go-to-market presence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop platform-specific social strategies aligned to client positioning and objectives.
• Write clear social content across tones: announcements, threads, explainers, news reactions.
• Track crypto and emerging tech narratives, shifts, competitors, and opportunities.
• Own daily social operations: scheduling, posting, real-time engagement, and cadence.
• Plan and run social-native activations like Spaces, AMAs, and giveaways.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years running brand social accounts in crypto, AI, or emerging tech.
• Strong copywriting across formats: announcements, threads, explainers, reactions.
• Deep passion for web3/crypto and active engagement in on-chain communities.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and working cross-functionally in an agency environment.
