💼 About This Role

You'll provide operational and technical Salesforce support to North America and Latin America Sales organizations. You'll ensure Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple instances run efficiently with high process integrity. This role requires working NAMER shift (8:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Oversee case management, ensuring SLAs and response times are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ and multi-instance Salesforce issues.
• Support UAT, deployments, and develop user training materials.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ administration and configuration.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Billing, or ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Apex, Flow, SOQL, and advanced automation.
