You will protect associates, customers, and assets by managing vehicle access, conducting patrols, and enforcing safety protocols at Carvana's inspection center. Partner with the team to handle incidents and promote a service-first approach.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven decision-making in complex environments.
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively.
• Must lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movement at entry/exit gates and document it properly.
• Conduct routine patrols of the facility to document security/safety concerns.
• Become trained in first aid, CPR, and AED to provide life-saving measures.
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review, and other security requests.
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles for access and exit control.
