You'll serve as the first human contact for prospective business clients at MOO, helping them onboard and scale their print and merchandise needs. You'll manage a pipeline of leads, conduct discovery, and deliver customized proposals while collaborating with design and customer success teams. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a global design-led company serving clients like Google and Airbnb.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as first human contact for new business clients
- Conduct discovery and make product recommendations
- Provide live platform demonstrations to prospects
- Manage pipeline and outbound prospecting calls
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably sales
- Ability to make 35+ outbound calls per day
- Moderate to advanced business acumen for qualifying
- Proficiency with CRM systems and tech platforms
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous phone or in-person sales experience
- Knowledge of design/print industry
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, or Monday.com
