You'll lead Affirm's global mobility strategy with a core focus on U.S. immigration programs. You'll shape sustainable hiring and mobility frameworks that enable talent to work across borders while ensuring compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the global mobility strategy across immigration, remote work, and assignments
• Establish consistent policies and decision frameworks for cross-border work and transfers
• Build scalable processes and tooling for global mobility in a remote-first environment
• Advise senior leaders on mobility decisions balancing business needs, cost, and employee experience

📋 Requirements

• 10–12+ years of global mobility and immigration experience
• Deep expertise in U.S. immigration programs
• Experience owning programs in a multi-jurisdiction, remote-first environment
• Ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders
