💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy, execution, and operational foundations for 1Password's post-GTM customer-facing teams. Your core impact will be ensuring CX teams are equipped with the systems, processes, and insights needed to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences at scale, while partnering closely with Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish and manage CX operating cadence including business reviews and planning cycles.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing CX Operations and Programs team.
  • Drive operational excellence across Support, Customer Success, and Implementation.
  • Lead major cross-functional initiatives spanning post-GTM lifecycle.
  • Own system and tooling strategy for CX platforms.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Support Operations, or related operational leadership roles.
  • 3+ years leading managers and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operational programs within customer-facing teams.
