💼 About This Role
You'll lead the strategy, execution, and operational foundations for 1Password's post-GTM customer-facing teams. Your core impact will be ensuring CX teams are equipped with the systems, processes, and insights needed to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences at scale, while partnering closely with Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish and manage CX operating cadence including business reviews and planning cycles.
- Lead and develop a high-performing CX Operations and Programs team.
- Drive operational excellence across Support, Customer Success, and Implementation.
- Lead major cross-functional initiatives spanning post-GTM lifecycle.
- Own system and tooling strategy for CX platforms.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Support Operations, or related operational leadership roles.
- 3+ years leading managers and building high-performing teams.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology organization.
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operational programs within customer-facing teams.

- Background in change management and organizational readiness.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled customer workflows.
