💼 About This Role

You'll join Camunda's new Value Engineering team to drive revenue growth through business outcome discussions with customers. You'll lead pre-sales engagements, building trust and elevating Camunda's strategic positioning through executive-ready deliverables and consultative selling. This fully remote role offers impact at a fast-growing company named to GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorns list.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evangelize VE adoption across GTM teams through coaching and quick wins.
• Lead customer value engagements including TCO analysis and ROI modeling.
• Act as trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders with industry insights.
• Build reusable VE assets like financial models and executive deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in strategic consulting, pre-sales Value Advisory, or business transformation.
• Experience leading consulting engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Proven executive engagement with customer business stakeholders.
• Expert in building financial models including ROI, NPV, and TCO.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business or Finance.
• Business process analysis using BPMN or design thinking.
• Sales acumen and experience shaping deal strategy.
