🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python and cloud-native patterns.
• Apply spec-driven development to translate requirements for coding agents.
• Architect AI-powered solutions including vector stores and RAG pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Python 3 for backend development.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Vertex AI.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code).
• Experience with LLMs and vector stores for RAG architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BMAD Method or similar spec-driven frameworks.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with additional backend languages or gRPC.
