You'll help lead the daily operations of a community bank branch, creating a supportive, service-driven environment for clients and team members. You'll coach and empower teller staff while guiding clients toward financial solutions that help them achieve their goals. Your leadership ensures the branch runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily financial transactions including deposits and loans.
• Lead sales, operations, and client service efforts.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the teller team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to minimize risk.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 6 or more years of retail banking experience.
• Supervisory or management experience leading a project, process, or team.

• Extensive knowledge of retail banking products and procedures.
• Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending.
• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral abilities.
