๐ผ About This Role
You'll own post-go-live customer lifecycle for enterprise clients in Greater China, driving adoption and growth on Xendit's payment platform. Your core impact is maximizing payment performance and unlocking expansion opportunities. Backed by top VCs and rapidly scaling across Southeast Asia.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own portfolio of Chinese-speaking enterprise accounts, driving adoption and retention.
- Develop deep understanding of clients' business models and payment flows.
- Drive expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) with Account Management and Sales.
- Lead solutioning discussions for new use cases with Product and Engineering.
- Monitor key metrics like payment success rates and product adoption.
๐ Requirements
- 8โ10 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Proven track record managing and growing enterprise accounts with revenue ownership.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) across technical and business functions.
- Strong understanding of technical products like APIs and payment flows.
