🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits with accuracy
• Deliver high-touch support for benefits enrollment and life events
• Execute benefits transactions and maintain audit-ready records
• Support annual open enrollment and system configuration
• Manage employee leaves of absence with compliance and care

📋 Requirements

• HR Generalist experience with benefits administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with leave administration
• Knowledge of benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA)
• SHRM or PHR certification
