π― What You'll Do
- Administer health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits with accuracy
- Deliver high-touch support for benefits enrollment and life events
- Execute benefits transactions and maintain audit-ready records
- Support annual open enrollment and system configuration
- Manage employee leaves of absence with compliance and care
π Requirements
- HR Generalist experience with benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with leave administration
- Knowledge of benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA)
- SHRM or PHR certification
