As a Regional Workplace Operations Manager at Ripple, you will shape day-to-day operations across EMEA and APAC offices, managing budgets, vendor relationships, facilities, and a team to foster a thriving culture. You'll drive strategic decisions using data analytics and implement innovative workplace solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facilities management and real estate operations, ideally in high-growth tech
• Proven experience in expense forecasting, budget management, and project management across multiple locations
• Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, motivate, and develop high-caliber team members
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with empathetic and effective collaboration
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; project management skills crucial

Responsibilities

• Lead employee services organization in EMEA/APAC regions, overseeing food programs, mailroom, maintenance, and relocations
• Manage real estate portfolio including space planning, occupancy reporting, and seating assignments
• Handle budgets for workplace operations (Opex and Capex)
• Negotiate terms with landlords, property management, service providers, and contractors
• Use data analytics and key metrics to advise strategic decisions for daily operations and expansion
