- Collaborate with global recruiting on real-time offers
- Influence HRBPs, Recruiting, and Managers on compensation decisions
- Maintain a competitive job catalog for Technical Solutions and G&A
- Provide regular updates on industry trends and best practices
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Compensation work
- Expert-level understanding of compensation survey data and providers
- Experience supporting technical solutions and/or general administration teams
- Experience in public or high-growth SaaS/technology companies
