🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with global recruiting on real-time offers
• Influence HRBPs, Recruiting, and Managers on compensation decisions
• Maintain a competitive job catalog for Technical Solutions and G&A
• Provide regular updates on industry trends and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Compensation work
• Expert-level understanding of compensation survey data and providers
• Experience supporting technical solutions and/or general administration teams
• Experience in public or high-growth SaaS/technology companies
