💼 About This Role

You'll be the first FP&A Analyst at Nooks, an AI-driven sales platform backed by top VCs. You'll own the data, analysis, and forecasts behind our financial plan and strategic decisions, partnering with department leaders across the company. This high-visibility role offers exposure to procurement, pricing, and commissions beyond traditional FP&A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop financial models for KPI management and unit economics.
• Lead automation of FP&A processes using AI tools.
• Create reports translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Drive annual and long-term operating plans including ARR and cash flow.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in SaaS FP&A or Corporate Finance
• Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to prioritize and report

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL, PowerBI, or Looker experience
• Experience with AI tools in a Finance role
• Experience working with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams
