📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Prime Brokerage.
• Strong institutional background including Tier-1 banks or prime brokers.
• Proven relationship management with market makers, exchanges, or trading desks.
• Deep understanding of European market structure and institutional trading workflows.
