🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead uptime, cycle time, and FPY improvements on test equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet equipment expectations
• Perform data analysis and VOC discussions for post-deployment challenges
• Build, validate, and deploy test equipment to production lines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in electrical test systems design
• Hands-on experience designing end-of-line and functional test systems
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of grid simulators and power system controls
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)
• Experience with CAN bus communications
