💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer experience on the sales floor and support store operations as a part-time Keyholder at Rothy's Southlake Town Square. You'll coach team members, drive sales, and help create lasting brand loyalty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and model customer service standards on the sales floor
• Coach team members to uphold brand and service expectations
• Drive personal and team sales through clienteling
• Assist with in-store events and community activations

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends

• Previous leadership or keyholder experience
• Experience with merchandising or stockroom tasks
