You'll partner with the HRBP team supporting Twilio's R&D function to drive People priorities and program execution for ~300 Product Management employees. You'll analyze HR data, manage performance cases, and coach managers to build capability. This remote-first role offers a chance to shape the future of communications with a global, innovative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with HRBPs to support program roll-outs and process execution
• Analyze HR data to generate insights and prepare reports for leadership
• Own and manage performance management cases end-to-end
• Coach managers through performance management processes
• Support HR Leader on ad hoc projects

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience partnering with an R&D organization
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations
• Ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
