Description

You will lead analytical work to understand transmission and interconnection opportunities, risks, and costs for utility-scale solar and storage projects across target ISOs/RTOs. You'll evaluate transmission constraints, pricing, congestion, and curtailment risk to inform site selection and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related quantitative field with exposure to power systems or electricity markets
• 2+ years of relevant experience in power sector
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and interconnection analysis for utility-scale solar and storage projects across target ISOs/RTOs
• Plan and execute analytical workstreams including scope definition, timeline coordination, and tracking study status
• Perform power system analyses and market analytics translating results into commercial metrics
• Manage external consultants performing technical and economic evaluations
• Synthesize complex analysis into decision-ready materials for senior leadership
