You'll lead the technical excellence of the entire CRM platform at a Series C clean energy company, influencing strategic technology direction company-wide. Your work will directly enable global solar performance assurance at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead platform-wide technical excellence and system reliability.
• Define engineering processes and KPIs across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-team technical discussions and align with company vision.
• Research and introduce emerging AI technologies like Agentforce.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of CRM leadership in high-growth environments.
• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce System Architect certification.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or large-scale AI integrations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in OOP (Java, .NET, Python) outside Salesforce.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, S3, or EventBridge.
