You'll own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts across Europe, driving revenue for Xsolla's monetization solutions. You'll build long-term relationships with game developers and advertisers, tailoring ad solutions to grow their player base and revenue.

- Own full sales cycle for gaming ad accounts in UK and Europe
- Build relationships with game developers and publishers
- Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner success teams
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in digital advertising sales or gaming monetization
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM)
- Fluent English and eligibility to work in UK
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with offerwall or rewarded video products
- Established network in UK/European games industry
- Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics
