You'll own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts across Europe, driving revenue for Xsolla's monetization solutions. You'll build long-term relationships with game developers and advertisers, tailoring ad solutions to grow their player base and revenue.

  • 3+ years in digital advertising sales or gaming monetization
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM)
  • Fluent English and eligibility to work in UK
