You'll design and maintain secure, scalable endpoint management infrastructure for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices at OpenAI. You'll drive automation and GitOps workflows to enhance fleet security and operational efficiency. This role combines cutting-edge tools with cross-functional collaboration to empower AI research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain endpoint management infrastructure for macOS, Windows, iOS, Android
• Develop IaC and GitOps solutions for fleet management
• Design CI/CD pipelines for fleet infrastructure across multi-cloud environments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve endpoint user experience and security

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Ruby
• Extensive experience with Jamf PRO and Microsoft Intune
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Track record deploying fleet management in public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, NIST)
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP)
