You'll lead the full sales cycle for a fast-growing scale-up connecting companies with elite remote engineering teams. Your core impact is closing high-value deals that drive material revenue growth and engaging senior stakeholders to build long-term customer relationships.

  • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity to close
  • Run structured discovery to understand client hiring challenges
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Drive pipeline progression across all stages

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven closer with B2B sales experience
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks
  • Strong deal management across multiple opportunities
  • Accountability for hitting revenue targets

  • Experience selling recruitment or talent solutions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce
