You'll lead the full sales cycle for a fast-growing scale-up connecting companies with elite remote engineering teams. Your core impact is closing high-value deals that drive material revenue growth and engaging senior stakeholders to build long-term customer relationships.

- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity to close
- Run structured discovery to understand client hiring challenges
- Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Drive pipeline progression across all stages
๐ Requirements
- Proven closer with B2B sales experience
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks
- Strong deal management across multiple opportunities
- Accountability for hitting revenue targets

- Experience selling recruitment or talent solutions
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce
