Description

You will lead a programmatic business unit, driving growth and developing strong teams and client relationships. You'll serve as a thought leader for world-class programmatic media programs, collaborating across functions to deliver operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years in paid digital media with hands-on programmatic buying and strategy
  • Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem: display, video, CTV/OTT, audio, DOOH, eCommerce, addressable media
  • Proficient with platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, LiveRamp, Samsung DSP, Yahoo, Roku
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients or a large complex account
  • Strong negotiation skills and learning agility

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted partnerships with client teams as an expert in their business
  • Lead and mentor a programmatic team, managing workloads and professional development
  • Take part in revenue and partner forecasting to meet business expectations
  • Proactively improve processes and systems to better serve clients and agency
  • Cultivate strategic vendor/partner relationships for innovative programmatic solutions
