You'll lead the transformation of Talent Acquisition into a strategic growth engine for Back Market, a global marketplace for refurbished devices. You'll architect the talent strategy, drive executive searches, and build a data-driven, business-partner culture across the team. This role stands out for its high impact on Executive and leadership hiring, TA org transformation, and RPO governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the TA roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead executive searches for C-suite, VPs, and Directors.
• Structure and scale recruitment processes across all verticals.
• Manage RPO partnerships and vendor governance.
• Build real-time dashboards for TA efficiency and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with 4+ years managing a TA team.
• Experience leading a TA organisational transformation.
• Personally recruited at executive and senior management level.
• Data-driven TA management including KPIs and dashboards.
• Bilingual French/English (fully fluent).
