🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver a thoughtful candidate journey reflecting company culture.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and time zones.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS workflows in Ashby.
• Support talent acquisition with job postings and pipeline management.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or operations.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ATS tools like Ashby, Google Workspace, and Slack.
