Description

You will manage the complete repair lifecycle for our 24/7 AV operations, overseeing work orders, parts inventory, and technician scheduling to minimize vehicle downtime. This role directly impacts fleet availability and operational efficiency, offering exposure to cutting-edge AV technology.

Requirements

• Availability to work day shifts between 6:30 AM - 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in work order management and shop flow dispatch
• Ability to coordinate parts availability with repair schedules
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed service records and compliance documentation
• Strong communication skills for liaising with technicians and partners

Responsibilities

• Initiate and close work orders based on diagnostics and inspections
• Assign work to technicians based on skill and workload to maximize throughput
• Allocate parts inventory to work orders and track consumption
• Track vehicle downtime against SLAs and escalate stalled repairs
• Ensure repair documentation includes complaint, cause, and correction for compliance
