Description

You will lead the corporate accounting team, managing the month-end close process for operating expenses, ensuring SOX compliance, and driving process improvements and system transformations. This role is key to scaling the accounting function at Robinhood.

Requirements

• 5-8 years total experience (public accounting + public company)
• 2+ years public accounting, Big 4 preferred
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
• SOX compliant policy and process experience
• Proficiency in US GAAP and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close for prepaid and accrual expenses
• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analyze PL/BS flux and explain financial statement movements
• Support SOX and external auditor requests
• Lead process improvements and system transformation projects
