💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at a pop culture retail store. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This part-time role is perfect for pop culture enthusiasts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping and customer service experiences
• Step in as leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
