You'll own employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You'll ensure these moments are handled with care and precision, directly shaping how people experience the company. This role is critical as Fluidstack scales across multiple geographies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding execution for your region
• Process employment changes (role changes, promotions, leaves) accurately
• Maintain clean employee records and ensure compliance with local requirements
• Surface process improvement opportunities with clear data

📋 Requirements

• Experience executing HR/People operations processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple lifecycle processes simultaneously
• Excellent communication and empathy skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with multi-country employment administration
• Background in a regulated industry with compliance rigor
