🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup
• Communicate requirements with customers and stakeholders
• Manage customer data migration processes

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
• Experience with stakeholder communication including senior decision-makers
