💼 About This Role

You'll perform heavy bodywork on multiple panels at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll ensure late-model cars meet our standards using state-of-the-art tools. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding on vehicle panels
• Conduct minor metal pulling and roof repairs
• Repair rocker panels and large-area bodywork
• Apply Bondo filler and finish surfaces

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in heavy plastic welding and metal pulling

✨ Nice to Have

• ASE certification
• Experience with stud welding
• Prior work in high-volume reconditioning centers
